JUST CALL - All tickets purchased are confirmed by email to the address given at the time of purchase. Then contact the Box Office at (504) 522-6545 to schedule the performance dates and choose reserved seats at least two weeks before the opening night of each production. No tickets will be mailed, so you never have to worry about losing your tickets.
EXCHANGE - We know you’re busy and plans change – only subscribers may change their selected date of attendance so easily. Exchanges must be made at least four hours before the start of the performance. Exchanges are subject to availability. That’s one of the beauties of being a Southern Rep subscriber.
PICK YOUR DATES & YOUR SEATS - We reserve the first two rows in both seating sections for subscribers, and hold them for an exclusive ticketing period. This way, you can get your favorite seats and still remain flexible in your attendance. After the exclusive ordering period, all available seats will be offered for public purchase. If you contact us after that time, of course, you’ll still get the best seats available.
IT’S EASY - All tickets are held at the box office under your last name and may be picked up at “Will Call” at least 15 minutes before curtain for each performance you attend. We’ll email you a little more than two weeks before each show to remind you know that it is time to reserve your seats
