Statement of Agreement

I understand that:

  • The classroom is open only to enrolled students. Friends and family are invited to attend final performances or displays on the last session. See instructor for details.
  • As per the Instructor’s judgment, Southern Rep reserves the right to cancel enrollment of any student who consistently disrupts the class with poor behavior. Reimbursment will not be granted in such instances.
  • Classroom doors will be open no earlier than ten minutes before scheduled class start time and close no later that ten minutes after scheduled class end time. Parents/Guardians of students under 18 years of age, who are left unattended more than ten minutes after scheduled class end time, will be charged $1 per minute for aftercare services. 
  • Photos may be taken in class for archival or promotional use.
  • Course enrollment is not guaranteed until Southern Rep confirms receipt of a completed registration application and full payment.

I agree that these guidelines are to protect Students, Southern Rep, Instructors, and the quality of each Workshop/Camp.

(Registration may still be granted without an online signature, permitted that the Registration Application and payment are successfully submitted. Academy SRT will provide a paper copy on the first day of camp/workshop for the student and/or parent to sign)
