Healing Power Hours

Healing Power Hours

This schedule of open sessions provides a consistent weekly sanctuary space for creatives to congregate for self-care through various healing activities. Sessions range from relaxation training, yoga and meditation practices, to expressive arts with group connection and psychological education for wellbeing. Drop-ins welcome, no pre-registration required. Weekly on Tuesdays. See schedule below for details.

March Events

All March Healing Power Hours are guided by Hanna Tadevich. Hanna is a yoga & meditation teacher (RYT-500) and mental health professional who has worked in a variety of community settings. She has long been passionate about using movement, mindfulness, and breath to support mental health and holistic well-being.

Kundalini Yoga Invoking Earth

Gather in community to explore your relationship with the element of EARTH through Himalayan Kundalini Yoga (no experience necessary). We’ll utilize breathwork, energy work, and gentle yoga to get grounded and stabilized within ourselves. Guided by Hanna Tadevich.

Together we’ll gather to invoke our relationships with the element of WATER through Himalayan Kundalini Yoga (no experience necessary). Through practicing breathwork, energy work, and gentle yoga we’ll experience healing and tap into creativity. Guided by Hanna Tadevich.

Kundalini Yoga Invoking Fire

We’ll come together to delve into our relationships with the element of FIRE through Himalayan Kundalini Yoga (no experience necessary). We’ll be guided through breathwork, energy work, and gentle yoga to cultivate passion, discipline, and personal power. Guided by Hanna Tadevich.
