This hour is designed to connect you to your higher purpose through gentle yoga followed by a guided meditation and group processing. All levels are welcome to explore your unique creative energy through embodiment, introspection, and intention. Guided by Jordan Esfeld.
Jordan Esfeld: Jordan passionately combines psyche and soma through her work as a certified yoga instructor at the intersection of mental health. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in mental health counseling at Loyola University of New Orleans.
