A gentle, internal exercise designed to improve our physical, emotional and mental health. This training teaches the principles of Tai Chi, moderate body opening exercises and deeply focused healing breathing techniques. Guided by Terry Rappold.
Terry Rappold: Terry has been teaching this ancient art for over 25-years. He is the author of Tai Chi American Style published in 2015. He teaches classes in the New Orleans area at East Jeff Hospital, NOMA, and various locations for People’s Health.
