The Box Office is open Wednesday through Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- If calling outside of Box Office hours or if no one is available, please leave a message with your name and repeat your phone number. We'll be happy to get back to you as soon as the Box Office reopens.
- All seats are assigned and therefore we cannot take "reservations" for single tickets.
- SUBSCRIBERS may leave messages to request their date and seat preference for a show. Please do not consider these tickets confirmed until you've received notification.
- Confirmation & return calls may take place outside regular Box Office hours.
In Person:
The box office is located on the third floor of The Shops at Canal Place, 365 Canal Street, 3rd Floor. During performance weeks, a Box Office Representative is available for walk-up orders
- Thursday and Friday at 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and after 7:00pm
- Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
Ticket Prices:
Ticket prices vary for each production. Please use our online server to see ticket prices for the show you wish to attend.
Ticket Pick-Up:
All tickets are held at "Will Call" at the Box Office. Please pick up tickets starting one hour before the performance.
The Box Office and Lobby open one hour before the show and the theatre itself generally opens at one half hour before curtain.
Ticket Return Policy:
Please note that we cannot refund tickets for any reason. Subscribers enjoy the freedom to change their ticket dates at any time prior to a performance. However, SINGLE TICKET BUYERS MUST PAY A $5 TICKET EXCHANGE FEE to change the date of the performance they wish to attend. Of course, exchanges cannot be made for a performance that has already past.
All tickets must be picked up by CURTAIN TIME or the seats may be released for resale.
Please call the box office if you will be late for the performance.
